Contraindicações absolutas de Neozine: Hipersensibilidade à levomepromazina e aos demais componentes do produto, risco de glaucoma de ângulo-fechado, risco de retenção urinária ligada a distúrbios uretroprostáticos, antecedentes de agranulocitose, agonistas dopaminérgicos (amantadina, apomorfina, bromocriptina, cabergolina, entacapone, lisurida, pramipexol, ropinirol, pergolida, piribedil, quinagolida), com exceção no caso de pacientes parkinsonianos, medicamentos para torsades de pointes (sultoprida), hipersensibilidade ou intolerância ao glúten, devido à presença de amido de milho (glúten).<table style="margin-top: 20px;
